|We slip and slide down rainbows, We chase a laughing moon
Swim naked in the ocean, And sing a haunting tune.
I threw a hand of stardust, And granted your desires
We spoke into the darkness, Before the dying fires
Kittens purred contented, Bluebirds fed by hand
Raindrops shone like diamonds,Castles built from sand.
You opened out the curtains, Bathed within the light
A silhouette of colour, Dissolved the dark of night
The mystery of your smile, The magic in your eyes
Angels smile upon you, A sound of joyful cries.
Are you flesh and blood? Something more than mortal?
Let me travel with you, If time is through a portal.

|Let us not pretend we are helpless or that life is hopeless. We have inherited the dreams of
peace and prosperity from countless lifetimes; everything that went before, the struggle the
suffering and the friction; the loving, the planting of seed, and the prayers for rain and
sunshine. Every past thought, word and deed holds us in this perfect position to make
change possible. Let’s not waste this opportunity by continuing with what has already been
done and did not work. The time has come to use the blood, sweat and the tears of our
ancestors to heal, repair and create.

|Letting Go of Your Baggage
We often hear that we must forgive in
order to recover. Forgiveness does
not mean acceptance in any way.
Forgiveness is the ability to let go of
the ‘poisons left within you’ by the
actions of another, then embracing
yourself for who you truly are.
Forgiveness is removing those who
harmed you and their actions
completely from your picture of your

You have fallen silent
and turned away
I couldn't hear
what you tried to say
I knew you had secrets
that you wanted to tell
the moment now passed
you retreat to your shell
All you had wanted
was someone to trust
the rock that you needed
turned out to be dust
Your throat fills with shadows
your words locked away
your heart has been broken
there is nothing to say
I fall to my knees
to cover my shame
one word still lingers
that word is your name

Expanding love from open hearts, Unfolds what’s real

A shifting of the veils, Reveals what’s me and you

|And yes, I long for love. To feel it, give and receive it – to trust in it. It is an
endless and relentless hunger; a quiet demand and a delirious obsession. I have
been seduced by its magic and been thrilled by its promise. I have been touched
and nurtured and cradled like a baby. I have danced with a translucent body and
sung songs without words. I have been illuminated and energized. I even
thought I saw the face of God once or twice.
